Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track your package on the carrier's website, incase the shipping tracking number was not included you can contact us
What if my order arrives damaged or is missing items?
We take pride in delivering your orders in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact our customer service team immediately at Admin@mhq8.com with photographic evidence of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
How do I cancel my order?
